The second round of electronic elections of student scientific associations of the University of Tehran on Saturday, July 16 (Faculty / Faculties: law and political sciences, technical, economic, social sciences, religion, environment, theology and Islamic education, sports and health sciences, management, fine arts) Sunday, July 17 (University / Schools: Farabi, Alborz, Veterinary Medicine, Business and Finance, Entrepreneurship, Geography, Foreign Languages, World Studies, Governance) and Saturday, July 18 (University / Schools: Aburihan, Agriculture and Natural Resources, Aras , literature and humanities, Islamic education, tourism, psychology and educational sciences, sciences, sciences and techniques) will be held in the year 1403 from 9:00 to 22:00 in the comprehensive cultural and social system at the address cultural.ut.ac.ir.

- According to Article 5 of the regulations on the establishment and activity of student scientific associations, any student working in a field related to the subject of the association's activity can become a member of the association and work in that association. It is possible to become a member of any student scientific association until July 5, and after that it will not be possible to become a member.

- Registration for the candidates of the Central Council of the Student Scientific Association from among the members of the association will be done on June 28th to July 5th in the comprehensive cultural and social system and after sending the names of the candidates to the faculties by the General Cultural and Social Department and the educational and disciplinary inquiry of the candidates by the Deputy Student culture of colleges/universities, the final list of candidates should be sent to the general cultural and social department no later than July 10. According to Article 13 of the Regulations on the Establishment and Activity of Student Scientific Associations, the conditions for the candidates of the Central Council of Student Scientific Associations are:

A-Employment to study in the relevant field;
b- membership in the association;
c- Not being a member of the central council of other student organizations, including trade union, political, sports, cultural and social;
T- The total GPA of the candidate is not lower than the average GPA of the group in the same semester or less than 14;
d- Having two and a half years of association membership during the university studies;
C- Failure to obtain conditional GPA in the last academic semester;
C- Remaining at least two semesters of study after the completion of the student's academic course (for undergraduate students, a maximum of 8 semesters and remaining at least 24 units, for master's students, a maximum of 4 semesters, subject to the commitment of not graduating until the end of the course and for doctoral students maximum 8th semester, subject to the commitment of not leaving school until the end of the course);
H- In cases where a person has a disciplinary conviction that leads to the issuance of an indeterminate sentence, it is the responsibility of the cultural and social vice president of the university to determine the candidate's eligibility.

It is requested that the above items be implemented carefully and according to the calendar, the candidates will be checked and qualified, and their final list will be announced after the educational inquiry no later than July 10th.
