Dear partners and colleagues,

We wish to inform you about the opening of the PhD Scholarship Program in France for Iranian PhD students. 18 months-stay in France will be fully covered with two return flight tickets.

PhD applicants must select one of the three priority topics : sustanable development, health, or archaeology.
