  • Research abilities and educational capabilities in mineralogy, igneous, sediment and metamorphic rocks for B.Sc and M.Sc section of academic study in university.
  • Conducting projects which related to mineral materials as final B.Sc and M.Sc thesis.
  • Providing services and facilities for inner and outer university clients including oil companies mainly National Iranian Oil Company (N.I.O.C), civil companies in tunnels and dams activities, geotechnical companies. These services including comprehensive studies and identification of rock petrography, minerals, genesis and their industrial application.
  • Holding and managing some educational courses for interested outer and inner applicants
